RAISING CAIN PLAY COUNTRY MUSIC WITH DRIVE AND ENTHUSIASM
When we arrived on the UK country scene A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO we were determined to carve out a reputation for being that little bit different by way of a wide selection of Country & country rock songs.

In doing so, we have made a lot of friends and gained invaluable support from people who understand what we are trying to do.

We would like to take the opportunity to sincerely thank them all here
Our work ethic IS to ENTERTAIN with an enthusiasm for all of the songs we play.
We endeavour to achieve the impossible by pleasing all of the people all of the time.of course, this is the impossible dream.

However, We have been very fortunate in that we have played at several prominent Country music festivals up and down the UK in the last two years, and we have a number of festivals already booked for 2008.

We have also started work on our second CD, which will feature some original material to be included in our shows in 2008

Raising Cain began life in 1995 and has had several different line ups and a number of ‘false starts’ before arriving at where we are today.
Since 2005 ,Raising Cain has consisted of the nucleus of the original BAND,

We decided that this time we would stick to our guns and be the country rock band we had always wanted to be.

If you like YOUR country music to have variety, energy and quality musicianship, then look no further THAN RAISING Cain.

I would like to thank George for taking the time to put this together so that Promotors and Club organisers who have not seen them can see a little about what they do. MARY

Hi Mary
What a brilliant choice to start this thread off. First saw them at Rockridge and could'nt wait to book them for the club, when we did they blew the audience away everyone loved them.
Cant wait to see them again.
