You can't upload from 'Your Pictures' directly to here.
To uplaod any image it must have a URL address - so you can use stuff you find on Google Images etc.
For your own pics (that don't have a URL) you must first upload them on sites like Photobucket, Picasa, FaceBook etc.

Have you used the youtube buttons like this? Without the XXX at the start and end of the url.

Another thing; only use the videos that are in the main menu. If you bring up one of the videos in the side bar and do this the link won't work. This is one here \/

For some reason (and I have no idea why) the facility stopped working.
I have now found an alternative method:

Get your youtube video and click on Share.
You will see something like this:
http://youtu.be/lzCa9pN8reQ
All you need is the last bit of gobbldygook, marked in RED

Click on this and copy it to your clipboard.
Now when you want to place it into your posting, click on utube (NOT youtube) and paste the code between the tags.
e.g.
[ youtube] your code

This will give you:

That's all there is to it.
Hope this helps...

With me the lower tab line layout / format is corrupted.
The "Spellcheck and Youtube" tabs are all mixed up, however the final Youtube tab still works for me !!

Hi SC..
With me the lower tab line layout / format is corrupted.

I don't know what you mean by this ???

The "Spellcheck and Youtube" tabs are all mixed up

To check the spell check, I typed in:
I doont thinc that the spel cheker is folty

and this is how the checker corrected:
I don't think that the spell checker is faulty

Can you explain what you mean ???

To avoid any confusion I have reverted to the standard now.
The instructions above are exactly the same but you now use the tag.

Altrenativly....

The required code JohnC mentioned - lzCa9pN8reQ also appears in the full original Youtube link, after the '=' sign, in your browser address bar.
eg: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IzCa9pN8reQ
You can copy / paste the full link, as before, into the YouTube tags and tnen delete the unwantesd code - coloured Red below...

I have checked a few YouTube vids and the required code always appeared followng the '=' sign.
Either method works for me - it's your choice.
